Tabs modern faction mod download

I am trying to update TABS to get the neon faction but after trying to manually delete all remnants of tabs on my computer and then doing this before downloading it through every PC download link on here it still has the first open alpha version and even all my levels are complete. Help much appreciated.

"The Civil War" is the most common name, particularly in modern American usage. That is the name I also gave to this mod which is about the war between the American states. I've tried to combine the great CA's game of ETW, some of the excellent work of the Blue and the Gray mod team and the history of the civil war.

please for the love of God do not hide this mod or at least do not remove it. I am seriously addicted to it and have tried many of the other mods like WATM and MMO but none quite do the job as yours does and since the MM are such an important part of this game I would be terribly sad if you removed this amazingly fantastic and beautiful mod.
